I have dedicated my life to the sport of lacrosse. I have learned from the greats who came before me and I have built my own successful systems on top of everything I have learned. These successes I have achieved leave clues and I want to share these clues and the secrets of my success.

Being a great lacrosse player takes tremendous confidence in your abilities. You have to have the confidence to not only participate in games but to take over when it is time. The greats of the game practiced not only their skills but their mental toughness to build that confidence to take over. I will show you what goes on inside of my mind when the game is on the line, there is no time for mistakes, just flawless execution.

10,000 HOURS TO BECOME AN EXPERT
They say it takes 10,000 hours to truly become an expert, but what they don't tell you is if you practice the wrong things, you will certainly fall short.
If you follow the successful, proven systems I will teach you, you will not have to worry whether or not it works.
I have tested it over decades, and after putting in my 10,000 hours I can assure you, it works.

I know I am a professional lacrosse player competing at an elite level but in my heart and in my soul I am also a coach. As a coach it is my job to make complex concepts simple. As a profession in my craft I take tremendous pride in seeing the players I coach have success. A large part of their success is their own dedication, the other major part is teaching the game with the beginner's mind, from the inside out.

If I could change one thing it would be to go back in time and record my journey. I cannot do that so the best thing I can do is record everything present day and help you learn from everything I know, teach you what not to do, and ultimately accelerate your learning and success.

I coach a lot of players at all levels and my box lacrosse academy allow me to become your coach. My online academy allows me to show anyone throughout the world everything I know about lacrosse. This Academy does not restrict me to a specific area but allows me to spread my knowledge through the world and grow the game. I hope to someday have the honor of calling myself your coach. The sport of lacrosse is growing exponentially year after year. There are more and more people getting introduced to the sport and with more people there comes more competition. I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. If it is proven that box lacrosse improves every aspect of your game, I would venture to say the competition knows this too.
